The Australian Embassy in Iraq is funding much needed renovations of homes in Nasiriyah

The Australian Embassy in Iraq, through Direct Aid Program (DAP), is funding much needed renovations of homes in Nasiriyah. IRAQ Builders, in the partnership and funding of the Australian Embassy in Iraq, is working on the renovations of homes of vulnerable families and building shopfronts so each family can run a business from home. By this partnership and support of the Australian Embassy in Iraq, families will be able to generate an income and re-build their lives.

Mission 186 in Baghdad was “accomplished”

Our heroes of Iraq builders have accomplished their 186 mission from their journey of fighting poverty and deprivation by rehabilitating and reconstruction the home of a handicapped mother of two kids, who has no provider or financial support. You make the difference.

Food Supplies to the Orphans of Al-Nahrawan

Last Thursday’s afternoon Iraq Builders team headed towards Al-Nahrawan District to distribute 120 basic-food baskets + approx. 50kg of red meat, to the poor & orphan families there. Eid Gifts for the Orphans by Zain IQ

Drawing this smile on faces of orphan & poor people is very great and honorable task, that is gifted to only those with merciful hearts. Sponsored by ZAIN-IRAQ, a special mini-festival was made, hosting 50 orphans. Buying new clothes, gifts, playing games, and having Iftar meal were some activities performed in the festival in Almansur Mall. Thank you all for your warm humanity! The medical team of IRAQ Builders has launched a charitable medical campaign in Al-Nakheel Mall. The campaign includes the following: 1. Measuring the weight and height and providing guidance about the harmful effects of obesity and ideal weight. 2. Measuring blood sugar and providing guidance for people with high readings. 3. Blood pressure measuring and providing guidance on how to maintain the normal pressure level. 4. Providing the participant with a healthy application which enables him/her to use it in the future. Al-Mutanabi Charity Market

One of the important Iraq builders’s events, are the “charity markets” that we are holding in many places, and this time it was at our favorite places Al-Mutanabi street which it’s considered as one of the important centers of culture and awareness. With the beginning of the final exams season for elementary schools, our volunteers are spending more efforts to teach the orphans daily during exams period, to achieve the goal of the campaign ( WE MUST GET 10/10 GRADES ) to make sure that they are keeping studying hard and never leave school. Our goal is to stand by them till they make their dreams come true to found positive personals in the society, so this will be a right base for a bright future.
